Knighthawks Youth Lacrosse Summer Camp 7/21 - 7/23/26

Dates: Tuesday, July 21 – Thursday, July 23, 2026
Time: Daily from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Blue Cross Arena – Segar & Sciortino Field

Open to players of all skill levels entering Grades 1–8 in Fall 2026.

Equipment Requirements

• Full lacrosse equipment required: Boys - helmet, NOCSAE Certified chest protector, gloves, elbow pads, jock/cup. Girls - goggles or helmet
• Mouthguards required
• Sneakers only! NO cleats allowed on the turf!

Camp Includes:

• Professional instruction from Rochester Knighthawks players and staff
• Knighthawks reversible pinnie
• Lunch provided each day
• ONE Season Pass (one ticket to every 2026-27 Knighthawks regular season home game)
